Independent international experts evaluated the project in situ at the end of the second year, they met the main actors (teachers, students, administration and industry), visited the GTTC and new GIS laboratories, analysed the curricula development, continuing education and quality assurance outcomes, that they presented to them in each partner country. They wrote an evaluation report highlighting the main advances, relevant issues and providing suggestions to the partners to improve the results. This complemented the continuous evaluation at institutional and national levels performed during the projects.
