· KTH was the leader of the WP, and partner country universities where the equipment or GTTC is located carried out a careful analysis of needs.
· Definition of equipment and analyse acquisition options per country.
· Collection of tenders (at least 3) from major software and hardware providers.
· Final decision and purchase of equipment and software.
